Pro poker couple Antonio Esfandiari ,or as he is best known “The Magician”, and Amal Bou-Nahra have purchased a recently renovated home in Venice Beach, California. The two-story house, worth $3.4 million, nestled between hedges and features a modern feel with some wooden detailing. The siding is made from reclaimed barn wood and exterior windows as well as the front door are steel-framed, giving the house a contrasting design.
The floor plan is open and was designed for a combination of indoor and outdoor living. It features a 15-foot glass wall in the main living area. All second-story bedrooms have balconies that open to the rear or front of the house.
Additional amenities include a glass-enclosed fireplace, private office and exercise room.
The four bedroom and four bathroom house is complemented by manicured lawns and a detached two car garage.
The property was originally listed for $3.6 million but the couple was able to negotiate the final price.
Esfandiari, who is now 38, is a three-time World Series of Poker bracelet winner and also holds two World Poker Tour titles. And according to Global Poker Index, his career earnings are over $27.3 million.
